- TWILIO
Phone lines and texting
Local numbers on Levels' carrier account; texts and picture messages; calls connected, recorded and transcribed; and your business registered with the carriers so you can text. The dialer, campaigns and voicemail are the Dealer Phone Line module's.
- SENDGRID
Email
Receipts, reminders, appointment confirmations, application links and signed packets go out from a Levels address with your email as the reply-to. Leads that marketplaces email to your Levels lead address arrive in your CRM.
- STRIPE
Payments
Your Levels subscription is billed through Stripe. Your customers' online payments — deposits, down payments and loan payments — are charges in your dealership's own Stripe account, made on Stripe's own checkout page; Levels never holds the money.
- FULL PACKAGE
DealerCenter
Credit applications go to your DealerCenter lead-import address by email after your desk reviews them and presses Send — never with the Social Security number or the date of birth.
Marketplace inventory feeds
Feed addresses, in CSV and XML, for marketplaces that pull inventory by URL: your cars, photos and dealership contact details — no customer data.
- STARTER
Facebook Marketplace
The Levels Lister browser extension fills the listing form in your own logged-in Facebook account, and you publish. Levels has no server connection to Facebook.
- STARTER
Keys
Order a key or book a locksmith from any car's page. The Keys account is made for you on your first order, and you pay Keys on its own checkout page. Keys is a separate company under common ownership with Levels.
About Keys → Vehicle data
VIN decoding, safety ratings, recalls and fuel economy, from NHTSA and the EPA.
Vehicle history links
CARFAX and AutoCheck buttons on your listings, using your own accounts with them. They are links: no report data comes into Levels.
Satellite maps
Esri's satellite imagery for Lot View and test-drive routes.

Lender networks
CUDL and other lender networks can be chosen in settings but are not connected; nothing is sent to them.
