How it works

One thread per person
Texts, calls and email with one person sit in one thread, matched by phone number and email address.
Leads start their own threads
Leads from your website's forms, and from marketplaces that email leads in the ADF format (CarGurus and CARFAX among them), arrive in the inbox as new threads.
Text and email from anywhere
Answer from the office or from your phone. Texting from a Levels number starts once your business's registration with the carriers is approved; Levels files it.
The inquiry auto-reply
Switch it on and a lead from your website or a marketplace that names a car Levels can identify is answered about that car as soon as it comes in, once per shopper per day. By default it texts only a shopper who agreed to texts (and emails them too when it has their address) and answers everyone else by email. Outside your texting hours — 8 am to 9 pm unless you change them or turn the rule off — it sends no text: the answer goes by email, or waits for your team when there is no email address. A lead it cannot answer is held for your team.
Data Ups
A daily list of shoppers who came back to your website, tied to a person once they fill in a form or open a link you texted them.
