Day one

Sign up
Your dealership's name and address, your name, phone and email, a password and your dealer license number — then your card on Stripe's page. Nothing is charged that day, and with code #LevelUP each module's first 14 days are free.
The setup checklist
Your dashboard lists the steps: link your inventory, post a car to Marketplace and order a key, then switch on Smart CRM, Lot View, the Website Builder and the Dealer Phone Line, each with its own free days.

From your current website
Type its address. Levels reads the site — the vehicle data many dealer platforms publish for search engines, or the listing pages themselves — and shows you every car it found, with VIN, price, mileage and photos, before anything is imported.
From your inventory feed
If a site will not let Levels read it, use the inventory feed your current provider already makes for marketplaces, as CSV or XML. It carries every photo and the full description.
One car at a time
A VIN, typed or scanned, fills in the year, make, model and build details.

Your old CRM's export
In Data & Migration, upload the export (.csv, .xls or .xlsx). Levels suggests how its columns map, shows what will happen — new leads, matched customers, duplicates, rows that need a look — and imports in batches. Dates, sources, salespeople, notes and opt-outs come along.
Opt-outs stay opted out
An imported contact is never treated as opted in, and an import sends nothing to anyone.

A whole archive at once
In the Deal Vault, upload the ZIP of signed deal PDFs your previous e-sign system gave you. Levels reads it, shows the deals and dates it found and anything it is unsure of, and imports only when you press the button.

$29 MODULE
Your web address
With the Website Builder your site goes live at yourname.levels.dealer, and on your own domain once you connect it. The HTTPS certificate is issued automatically.
Your phone number
Levels gives your dealership local numbers on its carrier account. To keep the number you have, forward it to your Levels line. Texting starts once your business's registration with the carriers is approved; Levels files it.
Your team
Each person gets their own login from an invitation and sets their own password. Without the Full Package a store has 3 users.
