The Dealer Phone Line includes 500 minutes a month; the Full Package includes 10 phone numbers, other plans 5, and each number past those is our carrier's price plus $1 a month. No sale recorded in Levels in your first 30 days on a paid plan? You can claim back what you paid for them. Switching? What needs what
Starter is the base
Every other module is added to Starter ($29 a month). Cancelling Starter ends every module with it; cancelling the Full Package keeps Starter on.
What only the Full Package has
The Deal Vault and electronic signing, Finance (credit applications and prequalification), Taxes, Accounting, Operations, Analytics and Reputation — and Craigslist posting, appointments, the Buy Center, the Sold Gallery and Audience Activation.
A module that is off is a preview
Its screen still opens with your own data in it; changes in it wait until the module is on.
Users
Up to 3 active users without the Full Package; unlimited with it.
Phone numbers and minutes
Up to 5 phone numbers on a paid plan and 10 on the Full Package; each number past those is our carrier's monthly price plus $1 a month. The Dealer Phone Line includes 500 call minutes a month.
Credit reports use prepaid credits
Prequalifications and credit reports come out of credits you buy inside the OS. A pull that returns no report gives its credit back, and credits don't expire.
Craigslist posting
The Levels Lister browser extension fills Craigslist's own posting form in your Craigslist account, and you publish. Posting through Craigslist's bulk interface needs Craigslist to grant bulk posting to the account that posts — yours, or Levels' when you buy posting credits.
Paid to others, not to Levels
Online payments run in your own Stripe account at Stripe's fees, and Keys orders are paid to Keys on its own checkout page.
What Levels does not do today
Lender networks
CUDL and other lender networks are not connected. Applications go to DealerCenter by email, after your desk reviews them.
Bank (ACH) payments
Not offered yet: customers pay online by card.
Vehicle history reports
CARFAX and AutoCheck are buttons that link out with your own accounts; no report data is pulled into Levels.
Keeping a Levels number
Numbers Levels provides stay with Levels and are not ported out. To keep a number of your own, forward it to your Levels line.
Exporting everything yourself
Signed deal jackets, tax exports and the other exports the OS offers download any time; anything else is exported for you on request, within 30 days.
